If the unit is in grams/milliliters, then:
Cost of 1 gram or milliliter (stock/raw material name) = Price of stock/raw material per Kg (or liter) / 1000
Cost of single unit (name) = required stock/raw material (name) for single unit (in grams or milliliters) * cost of 1 gram (or milliliter)
If the unit is in milligrams, then:
Cost of 1 milligram (stock/raw material name) = Price of stock/raw material per gram / 1000
Cost of single unit (name) = required stock/raw material (name) for single unit (in milligrams) * cost of 1 milligram
Calculation of the Standard Stock/raw material level:
Standard Stock/raw material level (number) = Number of required units (name) * cost of required stock/raw material (name) for single unit
Draw the overall structure of the entity, e.g. Operations Control Section, Accounts Control Section and HR Control Section.
Declare the exact working segments (hierarchy) of the structure, e.g. in HR Control Section, the segments would be HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager. If necessary, describe the Main-routine (MR) and Sub-routine (SR) of each segment.
For Start up, kindly do not forget to draw the Snapshot of the Office Infrastructure (and Sketch of the Production Section/ Department, also(if applicable)).
